Step 1

Visit the HFDC bank website: https://www.hdfcbank.com. Login to NetBanking using your User ID / Customer ID and password. Once logged in, click on the “Cards” tab on top. Next, select your card. Click on the “Continue” tab to proceed to the Online Redemption portal. (Here, you will be redirected to the redemption system. To proceed further, you have to disable the Pop-Blocker on your browser. Next, click on the “Continue” tab. Click on the “Redeem RewardPoints” on the homepage. Here you will find four options as below.

a) Product Catalog

b) Insta Vouchers

c) Cash Redemption

Click on the option of your choice. Enter details and proceed. Here, I have selected the “Product Catalog” option.

Select the point’s range and item category to view the catalog. Next, select items of your choice by adding them to your shopping cart.

Once all items of your choice are selected, click on the “View Shopping Cart” link to view items. Here, you can click on the “Edit” option if you want to modify the selected items.

Step 7

Next, read Terms & Conditions and click on the checkbox to confirm your acceptance of the same. Your contact details (Address, email ID, and contact number) will be displayed on the screen. Just call Customer Service if there is any discrepancy in the details.

How to Redeem Reward Points on HDFC Credit Card through Post

Here is how you can claim your points through the post.

1. First of all, download the “HDFC Credit Card Reward Points Redeem Form” from the bank’s official website. Download the “Reward Redemption Form” by clicking here.

2. Fill out the form carefully with all the required details.

3. Now, post the duly filled form to the following address to get your rewards.

2. Once logged in, click on the “Cards” tab on top.

3. Now, go to the “Enquire” section on the left navigation. Here, click on the “Redeem Reward Point” link.

4. Next, choose your creditcard. Click on the “Continue” tab to proceed to the Online Redemption portal.

5. Now, you are on the Online Redemption Portal.

6. Here, click on the “Redeem Reward Point” on the homepage. Here you will find four options below.

7. Click on the “Cash Redemption” option.

8. Next, enter details and click on the “Proceed” tab.
