SBI Quick – Missed Call Banking is a free service from the State Bank of India. You can use SBI Quick to access the information related to your account or other banking services. These services can be requested by giving a missed call or sending an SMS to pre-defined mobile numbers.
Remember, it is mandatory to give a missed call or send an SMS from your registered mobile number. Therefore, make sure that your mobile number is registered with your account to avail this service.
Features of SBI Quick – Missed Call Banking
1. SBI Quick is available for savings account (SB), current accounts (CA), overdraft accounts (OD), and cash credit accounts (CC).
2. You don’t require a login Id or password to use this service. Just get registered one-time registration from the mobile number recorded with Bank for that particular account.
3. You can make unlimited enquiries in a day/month using SBI Missed Call Banking service.
4. SBI Missed Call Banking service is currently free of charge from the State Bank of India.
5. You can register for this service for only one account at any point of time.
6. SBI Quick app does not provide any financial transactional services.
7. Your mobile number must be registered with the bank to use this facility.
8. Android, Windows, iOS, or Blackberry phone users can download this app from the respective app stores.
9. Once installed, no internet connection required to access the services, as it works via missed call or SMS.

You can access the following account services using SBI Quick app:
Balance Enquiry
You can check the balance on your account. By giving a missed call or sending the SMS “BAL” to 09223766666.
Mini Statement
Get the details of your last 5 transactions on the account. By giving a missed call or sending the SMS “MSTMT” to 09223866666.
Cheque Book Request
Place a request for the SBI cheque book by sending an SMS “CHQREQ” to 09223588888. You will receive an SMS from the bank. Send consent SMS (CHQACCY6 digit no. received in SMS) to 09223588888. Your request will be processed within 2 hours of receipt of this consent SMS.
6 Months SBI E-Statement
You can avail 6 months e-statement of your SBI savings account. Just send an SMS “ESTMT <space> <Account Number> <space> <code>” to 09223588888. Here, code is any 4 digit number of your choice to use as the password for the statement. The statement will be sent on your registered email ID as an encrypted PDF file.
Education Loan Interest Certificate
To avail education loan interest certificate for the financial year. Just send an SMS “ELI <space> <Account Number> <space> <code>” to 09223588888. Here, code is any 4 digit number of your choice which will be used to encrypt the PDF file sent to your registered email ID.
Home Loan Interest Certificate
To avail home loan interest certificate for the financial year. Just send SMS “HLI <space> <Account Number> <space> <code>” to 09223588888. Here, code is any 4 digit number of your choice which will be used to encrypt the PDF sent to your registered email ID.
ATM / Debit Card Services
You can access the following other services using SBI Quick app:
ATM Card Blocking
You can block the debit/ATM card linked to the registered account in case of loss/theft. To block the card, just send an SMS from your registered mobile number as “BLOCK<space>XXXX” to 567676.
Here, XXXX represents the last 4 digits of your ATM card number. On acceptance, you will get a confirmatory SMS with a ticket number, date, and time of blocking.
ATM Card Switch On/Off
You can now control your ATM Card usage by sending an SMS from the registered mobile number. You can activate/deactivate your ATM card usage at ATM, POS, E-Commerce, International, and Domestic. Send an SMS “SWON/SWOFFATM/POS/ECOM/INTL/DOM<space> XXXX’ to 09223966666.
Here, XXXX represents the last 4 digits of your ATM card number. For example, SWON POS 1234 to activate POS usage and SWOFF INTL 1234 to deactivate International usage. On acceptance, you will get a confirmatory SMS with a reference number, date, and time of the request.
Generate Green PIN
You can generate SBI ATM card PIN by sending an SMS from the registered mobile number. Send SMS in the below format,
“PIN CCCC AAAA” to 567676. Here, CCCC is the last 4 digits of ATM card and AAAA is the last 4 digits of the account number.
You will receive an OTP on the mobile number which is registered with your bank account. Use this OTP to change the SBI Debit Card PIN at any ATM within 2 days. This OTP will be valid for 2 days only. Recommended to be done within 24 hours.

Now find address and location of State Bank of India Branches, ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines (CDM), and Customer service point through SBI Quick App.
How to register for SBI Quick?
You need to complete a one-time registration process to avail SBI Missed Call Banking service. The registration process is simple and is a one-time process. Here is the step-by-step procedure to register for SBI Missed Call Banking service.
1. You need to send an SMS, “REG Account Number” to 09223488888 from the registered mobile number for that particular account. For example, REG 12345678901.
2. You will receive a confirmation message indicating successful or unsuccessful registration.
2. If the registration is successful then you can start using the services.
3. If the registration is unsuccessful then you need to follow the below-mentioned steps.
- Check the format of the SMS and destination mobile number.
- Make sure that your mobile number from which the SMS is sent, is updated in the bank’s records for that account number. If not, visit your Branch and update your mobile number.
How to de-register from SBI Quick service?
You can follow the below process to de-register from SBI Quick service.
1. You need to send an SMS, “DREG” to 09223488888 from the registered mobile number for that particular account.
2. You will receive a confirmation message indicating successful or unsuccessful de-registration.
3. If the de-registration is successful then you will not be able to avail the services till you register again.
4. If de-registration is unsuccessful then check the format and destination mobile number and try again.
Applicable charges for this service
1. Premium charges will apply for 6 digit number i.e. 567676.
2. SMS charges will be as per your mobile bill plan for 10 digit numbers.
3. There is no charge for Missed Call.
4. However, if you listen to IVR of 3 seconds which will be played after 4-5 rings, then you will be charged as per your mobile bill plan for 3 seconds.
