4. Next screen, you can see a form. Enter your Internet banking user ID, and account number. You also need to enter your registered mobile number. Click on the “Next” tab.
5. You will get an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the OTP received and click on the “Next” tab. 
6. A successful popup shows that is your App is locked.

You can unlock YONO SBI account anytime by following the steps given below. The YONO SBI unlock process is so simple.
1. First of all, open the YONO application and try to login using MPIN or User ID and password.
2. A popup will be displayed with a message as “Your access has been locked”.
3. Here click on the “Unlock” link.
4. Next screen, you need to enter your Internet banking user name. Reset using profile password or ATM card number and ATM PIN. If you know your profile password then click on it otherwise you can enter your ATM card details. And click on the “Next” tab.
5. In the next step, you need to set a new INB Password. Enter a new IBN password and confirm.
6. You will get an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the OTP received and click on the “Next” tab. 
7. That’s all. The SBI YONO unlock process is complete. Your app is successfully unlocked.
8. Now you can log in using the Internet banking user name and login password.
9. You can set a new login MPIN for the app after login. Just click and open Service Request > Settings > Set MPIN.
