How to change UPI PIN in PhonePe?
PhonePe allows its users to change or reset your UPI PIN. Here is how to reset UPI PIN in PhonePe.
1. Open the PhonePe app on your device.
2. Tap on “My Money” on the home page.
3. Next screen, tap on the “Bank Accounts” option to see all your bank accounts linked with PhonePe.
4. Now, click on the bank account for which you want to change BHIM UPI PIN.
5. Tap on the “CHANGE” tab.
6. Here enter your old PIN.
7. Next, set new PIN and tap the “Tick” icon.
8. To confirm, re-enter it and tap the “Tick” icon.
9. Done! This is how to change PhonePe UPI PIN.
How to reset UPI PIN in PhonePe?
Here is how to change BHIM UPI PIN through PhonePe. Note that you will need your debit card details to reset it.
1. Open the PhonePe app on your device.
2. Click on the “My Money” tab on the home page.
3. Now, tap on the “Bank Accounts” option to view all the bank accounts linked with PhonePe.
4. Next, select the bank account for which you want to reset your UPI PIN.
5. Tap on the “RESET” tab.
6. Here enter the last six digits of your debit/ATM card number. Enter the validity date of your debit card and tap on the “Proceed” tab.
7. Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number. The OTP will be auto-detected by the Phonepe app.
8. Next, set a new PIN and tap the “Tick” icon.
9. Next re-enter it and tap the “Tick” icon.
10. Done! And you will see a successful message on your screen.
How to change UPI PIN in Google Pay?
Here is how to change Google Pay PIN. Just follow the below-given steps to reset it.
1. Open the Google Pay app on your device.
2. Tap on your photo in the top left.
3. Now, tap on the “Bank Accounts” tab to view all the bank accounts linked with the app.
4. Next, tap the bank account you want to edit.
5. Here tap on the three dots in the top left.
6. Tap on the “change UPI PIN” from the available options.
7. Enter the old PIN and tap the “Tick” icon.
8. Next, enter a new PIN and tap the “Tick” icon.
9. Next re-enter it and tap the “Tick” icon.
10. That’s it! This is how to change Google Pay UPI PIN.
Note that if you enter a wrong PIN more than 3 times, then you will not be able to change it for 24 hours. And you will also not be able to send or receive money for this period.
How to reset Google Pay UPI PIN?
If you forgot UPI PIN, you can reset Google Pay UPI PIN by following the below-given steps.
1. Open the Google Pay app on your device.
2. Tap on your photo in the top left.
3. Now, tap on the “Bank Accounts” tab to see all the accounts linked with the app.
4. Next, select the bank account you want to edit.
5. Tap on the “Forgot UPI PIN” from the available options.
6. Here enter the last six digits of your debit/ATM card number and the expiry date. Tap on the “Arrow” tab.
7. Now you have to create a new PIN. Enter the OTP you received by SMS on your registered mobile number.
8. Done! Your Google Pay PIN is now reset and you can use it to do transactions on UPI Apps.
