Using HDFC credit card net banking facility, you can view all your account information quickly and easily. You can also manage your card transactions, pay your card bills and track your reward points.

Listed below are the online services that you can avail using net banking facility.
1. View all your account information such as your total credit and cash limit, available cash and credit limit, payment due date and the reward points you have earned on your card.
2. You can view billed and unbilled transactions.
3. Access to the card statements up to the last 6 months.
4. Pay card bills without any hassle.
5. You can register or de-register for the Autopay option.
6. Register for a new card using online services.
7. You can also de-register your card.
8. Get your card statement on your registered email address.
9. Generate or re-generate your card ATM Pin.
10. Block or hotlist the card if it is lost or stolen.
11. Redeem your reward points using netbanking facility.
12. You can apply for loans and other facilities like Insta Loan and SmartEMI.
13. Request to increase the card limit online.
14. Apply to upgrade the card via internet banking.
How to register for HDFC Credit Card NetBanking?
To avail the above mentioned online services, you need to first register to HDFC netbanking as explained below.
1. Existing HDFC bank customers with netbanking account
2. Existing HDFC bank customers without netbanking account
3. New HDFC bank customers
Existing HDFC Bank customers with Netbanking Account
An existing bank customer can easily register his/her new card using HDFC net banking. Follow the below-mentioned steps to register.
1. Go to the HDFC Netbanking website here.
2. Login to your net banking account using your login credentials i.e. user ID/customer ID and IPIN (Password).
3. Once logged into your profile, click on the “Cards” tab on the main menu.
4. Click on the “Request” tab under the “Credit Cards” section from the left side menu.
5. Now click on the “Register New Card” option and you will get directed to the page “New Credit Card Registration”.
6. Enter your card number and expiry date. Here you see two options i.e. “Register with Date of Birth” or “Credit Card PIN”. Choose anyone. Enter the details and click on the “Submit” tab.
7. Next step check your details and click on the “Confirm” Tab.
8. You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number and email Id.
9. Enter the received OTP and click on the “Continue” tab.
10. You will receive a message stating that the card is successfully registered for net banking.
11. Once it is registered, you can start using online services.
Existing HDFC Bank customers without Netbanking Account
An existing bank customer without netbanking account needs to register for HDFC net banking facility first. After registration, you can easily register your new card.
New HDFC Bank customers
If you don’t have an account with HDFC bank but you are holding an HDFC credit card then you have to register first for HDFC credit card net banking facility. This service is free of charge. Follow the following step to get online access to your card.
1. Visit HDFC Online Registration for Credit Cards page here.
2. Enter a Login ID of your choice
3. Now, enter your name as it appeared on your card.
4. Enter your card number, card expiry date, and card PIN.
5. Now choose a password for card online account.
6. Reenter your password.
7. Check the box to accept terms and conditions.
8. Once all the details are filled in the registration form, click on the “Submit” tab.
9. The bank will approve your registration request after the verification of your details.
10. After successful approval, you can use the net banking facility.
11. Use your Login ID and password to get online access to your credit card net banking account.

How to login to HDFC Credit Card Netbanking
Login your HDFC net banking account using your user ID/customer ID and IPIN (Password). Once logged in, click on the “Cards” tab on the main menu bar. Here you can check your card account information, statement, loan details, unbilled transactions and many other details by clicking on the relevant option under the credit card section from the left sidebar.
